Welcome to EarnMore.lk. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase, access, and use of our online courses, digital content, website, learning platform, materials, and related services.

By purchasing, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Provider Information

This platform is operated by Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd.

Our courses and educational materials are created, owned, managed, or controlled by Chandima Galahitiaywa and Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

2. Courses and Educational Content

Our platform provides online educational content relating to topics such as:

Shopify
E-commerce
Digital marketing
Online business systems
Advertising and marketing strategies
Related digital tools and platforms

All course content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. One-Year Access Period

When you purchase a course, you receive access for one year from the date of purchase, unless a different access period is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

This is a one-year subscription-style course access period. It does not mean lifetime access unless lifetime access is specifically mentioned in writing for that product.

After the access period ends, your access may expire automatically. Renewal, extension, or upgrade options may be offered at our discretion.

4. One Account Per User

Each purchase is valid for one account and one individual user only.

You must not:

Share your login details with another person.
Allow another person to access your account.
Use one account for multiple people.
Resell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or distribute your access.
Use one personal account for corporate, team, agency, classroom, or group training purposes.

We reserve the right to monitor access patterns and protect our platform from misuse, piracy, unauthorized sharing, and account abuse.

If your account is flagged, detected, or reasonably suspected of being shared, resold, transferred, accessed by multiple users, downloaded unlawfully, copied, or otherwise misused, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. No Refunds for Digital Content

Our courses are digital products. Once payment is completed and access is granted, the purchase is final.

We do not offer refunds for digital course purchases, except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

You receive access to digital content.
The content may be consumed immediately.
You understand the access period before purchase.
You agree that no refund will be provided after access is granted.

7. Platform Updates, Enhancements, and Feature Changes

We may update, enhance, improve, modify, remove, replace, suspend, or discontinue any course lesson, bonus, download, feature, platform function, support option, or content format at any time.

These changes may be made with or without prior notice.

We may make such changes for reasons including course improvement, platform upgrades, security, business changes, technical issues, third-party platform changes, legal compliance, or content restructuring.

No refund will be provided due to course updates, removed features, changed lessons, new versions, or platform modifications.

8. Educational Purpose Only

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or professional business advice. Any business, advertising, e-commerce, Shopify, or digital marketing information is shared for learning and general guidance.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and seeking professional advice where required.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, build a successful business, recover your investment, get sales, receive leads, improve ad performance, or achieve any specific result.

Your results depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

Your learning and understanding.
Your time, effort, consistency, and execution.
Your product, offer, pricing, market, and competition.
Your budget and investment decisions.
Your advertising skills and business experience.
Changes in Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces, payment gateways, or other third-party platforms.
Government rules, tax changes, import/export restrictions, policy changes, platform restrictions, technical issues, internet failures, natural disasters, economic conditions, and other matters outside our control.

You agree that any action you take after learning from our content is your own responsibility.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our courses may mention or teach tools and platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplaces, payment gateways, hosting providers, apps, and other third-party services.

We do not own or control those third-party platforms. Their features, pricing, rules, account approvals, advertising policies, algorithms, payment systems, availability, and restrictions may change at any time.

We are not responsible for losses, interruptions, account bans, payment holds, advertising disapprovals, policy changes, or business impact caused by third-party platforms.

Any third-party names, logos, or brands mentioned are used for educational reference only and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All course content, videos, recordings, lessons, documents, templates, graphics, downloads, strategies, text, designs, branding, platform content, and related materials are protected intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by Chandima Galahitiaywa and Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course content for your own learning during the valid access period.

You do not receive ownership of any course content, materials, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, or business assets.

12. Prohibited Use of Content

You must not, without our written permission:

Download content unless a download option is officially provided.
Screen record, copy, rip, scrape, or extract course videos or platform content.
Upload, share, resell, leak, publish, or distribute course content.
Reproduce, duplicate, translate, edit, modify, alter, or create derivative works from our materials.
Store course content in shared drives, groups, websites, communities, or public/private file systems for distribution.
Share course access or content through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook groups, Google Drive, YouTube, websites, or any other method.
Use our content for your own paid course, coaching program, training, agency training, classroom, workshop, or corporate program.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or ownership references.

Any unauthorized downloading, copying, sharing, resale, reproduction, storage, alteration, or distribution of our content may be treated as copyright infringement, breach of contract, and unlawful misuse under applicable Sri Lankan law and other applicable laws.

We reserve the right to take legal action, including claiming damages, injunctions, costs, and any other remedies available by law.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to hack, damage, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the platform.
Bypass access controls, payment systems, security systems, or usage restrictions.
Share false information during registration or purchase.
Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm instructors, staff, students, or platform users.
Post spam, offensive content, misleading claims, or illegal material in any community, comment area, or support channel.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

14. Payments, Prices, and Offers

All prices, discounts, offers, bonuses, payment plans, and promotions are subject to change at any time.

The price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase only. Future discounts, offers, changes, or promotions do not create a right to a refund, partial refund, or price adjustment.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

15. Access, Availability, and Technical Limitations

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.

Access may be affected by:

Maintenance.
Platform upgrades.
Hosting issues.
Internet failures.
Device or browser issues.
Security updates.
Payment gateway issues.
Third-party service disruptions.
Events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions or access issues outside our control.

Support is limited to course access, platform-related issues, and general course guidance. We do not guarantee one-to-one coaching, business consulting, personal implementation support, or technical troubleshooting for your own third-party tools unless specifically included in your purchase.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd, Chandima Galahitiaywa, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, financial, investment, data, profit, revenue, advertising, account, or opportunity loss arising from your use of the platform or course content.

Your use of the content is at your own discretion and risk.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd, Chandima Galahitiaywa, and related parties from claims, damages, costs, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

Your breach of these Terms.
Your misuse of the platform.
Your unauthorized sharing or reproduction of content.
Your violation of intellectual property rights.

Termination may occur without refund where the reason for termination is account sharing, piracy, unauthorized distribution, abusive conduct, payment fraud, breach of copyright, or other violation of these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website or platform.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate courts, authorities, or dispute resolution processes available under applicable law.
