1. Digital Product and Instant Access

Our courses are digital educational products. Once a purchase is completed, access to the course content is provided instantly or shortly after payment confirmation.

Because the content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, all course purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Not completing the course.
  • Not using the course access.
  • Lack of time to study.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations.
  • Failure to achieve personal, business, income, advertising, sales, or investment results.
  • Changes in third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, payment gateways, marketplaces, or other tools discussed in the course.
  • Suspension or termination of access due to breach of our Terms & Conditions.

By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital educational content and not a guaranteed business result, income result, or personal outcome.

3. One-Year Course Access

Course access is provided for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

This access works as a one-year subscription-style access period. After the one-year period ends, your access may expire automatically unless renewed, extended, or upgraded through an available offer.

4. Account Sharing and Refunds

Each purchase is for one user only. You are not allowed to share your account login, course access, videos, materials, downloads, or any private platform content with another person.

If an account is flagged, detected, or reasonably suspected of being shared, resold, transferred, misused, or accessed by multiple users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Corporate or Team Access

Our standard course purchase allows access for one account and one user only.

Unauthorized group use, classroom use, corporate sharing, or internal team distribution through a single personal account is not allowed.

6. Platform Updates and Changes

We may update, improve, upgrade, restructure, replace, remove, or modify course content, platform features, lessons, bonuses, downloads, access methods, or support features at any time.

These changes may be made with or without prior notice. Such updates, removals, or changes do not qualify for a refund.

7. Technical Issues

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you. However, refunds will not be provided for issues caused by your device, browser, internet connection, email settings, third-party applications, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
